J Mike Seely
Mike Seely is a teacher, business mentor, and technology demystifier who has been helping people understand complicated subjects since the mid-1980s.
He earned a degree in Advertising and Marketing from San Jose State University, giving him a strong foundation in communication, positioning, and helping people understand why an idea matters.
Over the years, J. Mike has taught real estate, demystified mortgages, built hundreds of websites, led hundreds of webinars, mentored small business owners, and helped people understand Bitcoin and blockchain since 2013.
His key theme is simple:
Demystify the confusing so people can take action with confidence.
During the changing mortgage and real estate markets, J. Mike helped people better understand loan structures, interest rates, low-start-rate offers, overcharges, and the hidden traps that often confused buyers and business owners. His goal was always to help people make better decisions, not just follow what sounded good on the surface.
That same teaching approach led him into Bitcoin and blockchain. When he first learned about Bitcoin in 2013, he saw it as more than a digital coin. He saw a major shift in money, ownership, business, and trust — much like the early internet before most people understood how much it would change the world.
Today, J. Mike focuses on AI, automation, Bitcoin, blockchain, FinTech, and practical business systems. He works with companies and tools that are improving older industries, including online communication platforms like Rally and new financial technology systems that challenge the way traditional banking has worked for decades.
As Co-Founder of HyperLocal Solutions, J. Mike helps small businesses find the hidden leaks in their business: lost leads, weak follow-up, missed appointments, confusing websites, poor customer education, and systems that do not work together.
He believes most businesses do not just need more leads. They first need to fix the holes in the bucket.
Mike’s strength is taking complex technology and making it simple, useful, and action-focused. No guru fog. No tech smoke. Just clear teaching, practical strategy, and systems that help small businesses grow with more confidence.
